Groowz is a child development companion for mothers and adult caregivers. You record a short daily note by voice or in writing, review the transcript yourself, and receive a summary of your child's day. Over time Groowz recognises patterns across ten developmental domains and raises Attention Signals.

Not a medical service

Groowz does not diagnose any condition and does not rule one out. It provides no medical, therapeutic or psychological advice, and is not a substitute for your pediatrician or for routine developmental screening. It is not suitable for emergencies — if your child is in danger, contact your local emergency services. Attention Signals are probabilistic: they may flag something harmless and may miss something that matters. Decisions based on what the app shows are yours.

Your account

You must be an adult able to enter into a contract, and either the child's guardian or authorised to record observations about them. One account per person; you may add multiple children. You can delete your account and all its data at any time, from within the app or at groowz.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your content

Your notes and recordings remain yours. We use them only to operate the service for you — transcription, analysis and display. They are not used for training or advertising, and are not shared beyond the processors listed in the Privacy Policy. Do not record other people's data without their knowledge, and do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Availability, liability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by applicable data protection and consumer laws across the MENA region (PDPL and equivalent). We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
